Netblinks uses service providers to operate its public Website and may use subprocessors to provide the Netblinks analytics service. This page distinguishes website providers, product subprocessors and customer-directed integrations.

1. Netblinks-Selected Service Providers

The service providers used for a particular customer may vary according to the selected hosting region, deployment model, subscription features and customer configuration. Netblinks may use providers in the following categories when needed to deliver the applicable service:

  • Cloud and application infrastructure used to host, route, secure and operate the service.
  • Database, storage and backup infrastructure used to maintain service data and operational resilience.
  • Transactional communications used to deliver account, authentication, support and service notices.
  • Security, monitoring and diagnostic services used to protect the service and investigate availability or performance issues.
  • Customer support services used to receive and respond to customer requests.
  • Managed AI or model infrastructure used only where a customer enables a Netblinks-managed AI configuration.
  • Billing or payment services used only where Netblinks offers an applicable online purchasing workflow.

Netblinks identifies applicable material subprocessors through this page, the relevant Order or other written notice. Customers may request current provider legal-entity, purpose and processing-location information by emailing support@netblinks.com. A category above does not mean that every provider category is used for every customer or deployment.

2. Customer-Directed AI Integrations

The current model catalog permits customers to configure bring-your-own-key access to:

  • OpenAI;
  • Anthropic; and
  • Google Gemini.

In BYOK mode, the customer selects the provider and maintains its own provider account. The provider’s terms and privacy practices apply directly to the customer. Whether a customer-directed provider is also treated as a Netblinks subprocessor depends on the processing arrangement and applicable law.

3. Public Website Providers

The reviewed public Website uses or references:

  • Cloudflare for website delivery, security and hosting-related processing;
  • Formspree for demonstration-request form delivery;
  • jsDelivr for delivery of the international telephone-input stylesheet and script; and
  • UNPKG for delivery of the Formspree browser client.

These website providers do not necessarily process Customer Personal Data submitted to the Netblinks analytics service.

4. Authentication

Netblinks uses Keycloak software for identity and authentication. Keycloak is software rather than, by itself, a third-party hosting provider. The organization hosting the production Keycloak environment must be identified in Section 1 if it processes personal information for Netblinks.

5. Updates and Objections

Netblinks will update this list when material subprocessors change. Where required by an applicable Data Processing Addendum or law, Netblinks will provide notice and an opportunity to object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
